I have had Titanium come and assist with mechanical in my home for years. They are honest, kind, smart and most importantly trustworthy. They provide annual service checks and recently allow to pay monthly which also gives benefits, for the annual checks and cleans. From the moment I make contact when things are broken or being replaced I know that I'm in good hands and can relax. Yesterday night I called to say I was concerned about a loud noise my furnace was making and today at 2:30 Ryan was here. Keep up the great work guys a d friendly service. It's an amazing feeling to know I have a company I can trust to keep my mechanical running and home safe and sound. Thank you Titanium Team.
It was a great experience right from planning the project with Jed and then the day of getting the work done with Jed and Cody things went real smooth and the place was nice and clean after job was done. Thanks guys.
We are very impressed with the water filtration system installation done at our place. It seems to take out the taste of chlorine and bad odours. They also had some very good carbon monoxide alarms which they put in as well. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing anything done.

Our furnace went out at 11:00 pm on a Saturday night & they took care of us. Jeb brought heaters so we would stay warm & the pipes wouldnt freeze while we waited till Tuesday to get it fixed. (-35 C) Great Team of guys..Nothing bad to say..only Thank-You.🌲
Ryan is a very informative service tech. Shows up when says he will, respectful of keeping area clean. Offers all services with prices, but does not pressure for the upsale. Will always be calling Titanium for any issues. ( even the lady who answers the phone is extremely pleasant) Thank you!

Great people to deal with! They gave us different options but did not pressure us into any particular product. They took the time to explain things and answer any questions we had regarding the products and installation process. Great quality work completed. Jed has always been available to answer my calls and questions at anytime. I have had basic plumbing, to replacing our furnace, central air conditioner, water softer and now this evening We had Ryan come out today to replace our well pump and other plumbing. Very quick to come help late at night, super professional, took the time to explain everything to me, had to come back In the morning but showed up first thing and did a great job! Will defdefinit recommend and if need call back!

The experience was amazing. They are very friendly and very respectful. They let me know about everything that they were doing. The noise was kess then what i had expected. They cleaned up verý well after themselves. After they left there was no sign mess wise that they had been there. I would recommend Titanium Mechanical to anyone in need of a new furnace or other heating or cooling needs.

As always it was great to have Kevin come in to do some work for me. He is always courtious and very knowlegable with everything he does. He expects perferction and doesn't leave until it's perfect. The only mechanical contractor that you'll ever need.
The guys at Titanium always come as soon as they can if we have any problems! We just got a new furnace, and they lent us heaters to keep warm till they could install the new furnace. The installation guys were respectful and cleaned up ALL the mess they made. I would recommend Titanium Mechanical

Had to call Titanium Mechanical on two occasions for our dying water softener. The technicians that were sent were really good to deal with. Took their time to explain everything and gave different options (based on price ranges) as to how to resolve the issues. The technicians were not pushy at all and did not try and sell the most expensive options. Would recommend!
Many thanks to Kevin, Cody & team for their help in installing a brand new electric furnace plus servicing of our water softening system. We're now well prepared to face many years of trouble free heating with this system. The team kept us informed all the way and even cleared the snow from our walkway. A big job done well by a first rate team. much appreciated.
